5) Q: Is the sample charge can be refundable?

A : Yes, normally the sample charge can be refundable when you confirm the mass production, but for the specific situation pls contact the people who follow up with your order.

6) Q: what kind of paper can be printed on?

A : We have several kinds ofpapermaterial available which depends on your products need, like the woodfree paper, artpaper,k raft paper, paper cardboard,etc..

7) Q: What's the size and how many sheets can be made in one book?

A : Any size can be custom (as usual the most common used is A4 or A5) size, also sheet count can be custom just be noted it need bemultiple of 4 (1 sheet equal to 2 pages).
