1) get the heat transfer machine and the motifs you need to transfer to the T-shirt/garment ready;

2) put the motif on the garment;

3) push the upper pannel of the machine down. The temperature 150 degrees centigrade. Hold it for 20-25 seconds;

4) peel off the transparent protective film, the motif has been transferred to the garment.

USAGE:

Cut the heat transfer film into you wanted design, put the film on the cloth, set the heat transfer machine at 150-180 centigrade, then press about 8-15 seconds, when the cloth cool down ( about 10 seconds), peel off the film from the cloth.
