1. Automatic Anti-crash Sensor
The safety anti-crash sensor design can detect the state of the media beforehand and protect the print heads from a crush hazard. While the anti-crash sensor detects that the edge of media is tilted, the turbo flatbed printer will initiate an emergency stop to prevent print head from damage.

2. Variable Color Configuration + Easy Upgrade
The turbo UV flatbed printer offers YMCK, in 8P/H (printhead); YMCKW, in 10P/h for printing on dark/transparent media; YMCKLcLm, in 12P/H for higher resolution; YMCKLcLmW, in 14 P/H; YMCK in 16P/H for mass production; or YMCKLcLmWV, in 16P/H for special application. The printing machine uses Polaris Printheads.

3. Roll-fed Media Support Optional Roll-to-Roll Printing
Optional Roll-to-Roll upgrade kit supports flexible media up to 250cm wide, with a roll diameter 30cm, and up to 100kg in weight.

4. Automatic Medium Calibration
The automatic medium calibration unit automatically detects and gauges the distance between the print heads and loaded media, and then automatically adjusts to the optimized print height based on the thickness of the loaded media.

5. White Ink Recirculation
White ink recirculation results in an effective elimination of ink starvation, and protects print heads from clogging hazard.

6. High Resolution and Quality Image Output
Greyscale print heads produce quality images with saturated colors and smooth gradations.

7. White Ink Applications
The 2512UV turbo flatbed printer offers eight major applications of utilizing white ink as a base color, covering color, fill color, spot color, or under the spot color, over the spot color, etc. Applying white ink is the most common application for dark or transparent substrates to highlight and present the most vivid of graphic.

8. Varnish Solution
Optional varnish not only enhances the visual quality but also creates the tactile attribute of graphics. Users are able to apply varnish directly on graphics via print heads as either an all-over coating or as a spot-highlighting, giving your printings more vivid and brighter finish.

9. Three-Layer Printing Innovation.
The 2512UV wide format UV flatbed printer has the function of three-layer (such as: CMYK+W+CMYK) printing intellectualized and controlled by software, which can carry out synchronously double-sided printing on any transparent substrate.

10. UV jetting Primer application
Special chemical design for glass, metal and other materials which hard to get good adhesion with UV printing. The jetting primer has two types, Metal and Plastic, both can be switchable. It is the real machine which can print on just anything imaginable.
