4). What is the normal lead time?

For the stock products, we will send goods to you within 2-3 working days after receiving the payment.

For OEM products, the delivery time is within 30-35 working days after receiving the deposit.

5). What is your payment term?

T/T, L/C, Western Union is accepted. For bulk production: 30% deposit, 70% balance before delivery from our factory.

6). What is your shipping method?

7). How do you control the quality?

We will send you the samples before mass production, and after sample approved, we will begin to do mass production. Doing 100% inspection during production, and then do random inspection before packing, and at last, take pictures during packing.

8). If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?

When discharging the container, you need o inspect all the cargos. If any breakage or defect products are found, dear, I am afraid that you have to take the pictures form the original carton. All the claims mist be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container. After inspection, if it was our fault, we will completely compensate all your loss.
