1. Technical Features

A roller-type CNC spinning machine is used for sealing and closing the ends of the cylinders. The technical process is applied in steps so that the surface control is more accurate, the wall thickness and the arc transition more smooth and the bottom integration is more reliable (the effective thickness of the bottom of the cylinder is more than twice the thickness of the body). The top and bottom of the cylinders are sealed into disc shape, so compared with the traditional spherical shape, the same volume of cylinders can be relatively reduced by a length of 40mm and the weight relatively reduced by 3%, while the specifications for dimensional consistency are guaranteed.

Thread processing for cylinders utilizes special CNC machining centers to ensure that the thread dimensions conform to DIN477 and other standards.

2. Selection of Raw Materials

Steel tubes are selected from the manufacturers who issued the GB18248 "Seamless Steel Gas Cylinders" Standard Drafting Committee.

Fibers are imported from U.S. Owens Corning Fiberglass; resin from Berlin Chemical of Italy and Dow of U.S.; and valves from Italian Roda Lex Products.

3. Quality Assurance

We have obtained the IATF (International Automotive Task Force) issued certificate of TS16949, the ISO10012 measurement system certification and the GB/T28001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification. We have also received from France BV the ISO11439 and ISO9809-1 production qualification certificates, and have passed TUV, DOT, SGS and GOST certifications.

4. Production Process Quality Control

Production is strictly performed in accordance with GB17258, GB24160, ISO11439, ISO9809-1 and other standards for the production process of routine tests.

Using electronic industrial endoscopes, each cylinder interior is thoroughly checked to avoid unqualified products.

Before product delivery, full-time inspectors will conduct the final inspection of each cylinder including: appearance quality, dimensions, packing and reviewing results of the quality test reports and product quality certificate. Only after confirmation that all indicators meet qualifying standards will the product be allowed to leave the factory.

In the course of the batch production, the First-product verification will be conducted. During production, full-time inspectors will inspect the whole process.
