Working method

The washing tunnel is divided into foursections:

1. Premise to eliminate foreign material

2. First rinse with raw water

3. Hot detergent

4. Final rinse with hot water.

In the mainwashing compartment the crate is being washed with heavy intensity: Its top andbottom part, the inside and outside and also its sides are all treated. This isachieved by two powerful spray pipes with nozzles.

The water thatis being used for rinsing, flows into the main tank and will be recycled, andwill be used for the refilling the water supply of the main washing sequence.

Entrance andexit of the washing and rinsing compartments have been fitted with anti-splashflaps of man made fibers. The doors of this compartment can be opened, whichmakes the unit easy accessible for service or cleaning.

Temperature

Thetemperature of the cleaning water in the unit can be set in between 60°C 80°C. This well functioning regulation of the temperature in combination withan excellent moving process of the crate with a generous space in between; agreat pumping capacity and many nozzles: provides a washing result thatdefinitely can be called excellent. The unit contains a direct heating coilthrough steam / hot water as a heating media.

Washingresult

The use ofdetergent or soaps will, of course produce a better washing result. The highpressure pumps, with high impact water jetting spray Nozzles will attainefficient cleaning result at the final rinse stage, before leaving the washerthe crate receives a small tilt and passes through the conveyor in open form toreceive the load.
