a.How long do I need to wait for the prices ?

Usually , we make the quote within 24 hours excluding holidays . If your quote is urgent , please let me know by mobile phone or email or sending me messages on-line .

b. Can I require the samples ?

We offer free unprinting samples , and you need to pay the airfreight fee or tell us your international freight account , for example : your DHL account , or TNT account , etc.

For printing the logo on the boxes, we will do that after receiving your making sample fee . The payment range is about USD 50-500 , different process , different price .

Making samples fee will be returned when you place the order.

Track Number will be sent to you after we ship the samples .

c. If the samples don't satisfy you when you receive .

Please don't be upset . Contact me immediately . If the samples manufacturing process aren't consistent with the former specification we confirm each other . We will remake the samples freely for you .

d. For the manufacturing .

Trade terms: EXW, FOB , CIF , etc.

The payment is often 30% in advance , 70% balance before loading the goods to the container .
