EPS / EPO FOAM

EPS foam products is currently the lightest packaging materials, with shock absorption, slip resistance, low cost, easy packing, etc., has good quality of protective packaging materials. Widely used in home appliances, electronics, machinery, handicrafts, pharmaceutical and other products packaging industry.

EPO foam is more strong, durable and resilient than EPS foam, with EPE (pearl cotton) incomparable compressive strength, also overcomes the size instability of the EPP, providing favorable conditions for production of automobile structural cheaper than EPP. Good resilience, reusable, environmental protection, reduce the cost.

At present, the EPO is mainly used for high-end home appliances and buffer performance demanding electrical appliances packaging (including tablets, etc.), as well as to the bubble toughness to demand higher foam molding products (such as surfboard kernel, model aircraft, etc.).
