Chengdu Juao is a glass bottle manufacturerover 15 years. It locates in Chengdu Sichuan province, and covers an area
of 45,000kilometers. It has more than 250 employees, equips with advanced smelting system and production line,

1. Sample confimation

According to the sample or structral graph, the customers and us will reach a confiramtion with mutual acceptance. And then manufacture.

2. Dosing

Our workers compound different raw materials in a scientific proportion, and each component is well examined and tested to ensure the quality.

3. Bottle shaping

The whole processes adopt adcanced smelting system, every step is computer-operated. It makes little false and ensures safety, stability and quality. All accplishes in excellent bottle shaping.

4. Color styles

When bottle formed, it is sent to spray paint. We introduced high technology and adopted advanced spraying equipments. You can design the colors yourself. We decorate any colors you like.

5. Decal

Decal is not an easy job, it requires good skills and patience. Our workers own praticed hands, they are professional, and are skilled at decals of pictures,logos and prints decorations.

6. Furance baking

After decal process, the bottle is to be sent into furance. The high heat inside dry up the water and make decals stick firmly on bottles.

7. Packing

The bottles will be well-packed in carton. Generally, they are 4*5, 4*6, 5*6, and 5*7 types. And it is also available as per customer's requirement.

8. loading& carrying

We load the products to container truck. The well-packed cause assure a good stability and safety.
