When can I get a price?

We usually quote within 24 hours after receiving your inquiry. If urgency is required please call us or tell us in your email so that we can react accordingly. Remember , the more detail your provide us, the more detail we can provide you in our quotation.

Are samples available for quality approval?

Samples of products we have in stock can be sent to you as long as you are ready to accept the courrier freight charge (usually made payable by Paypal before shipping by DHL, FedEx...)

If, however, you need white or printed samples, we will charge upwards of $150 to cover the manhours, tooling and handling required to make your unique sample. The price is dependant on the complexity, the number of printed colors and any combined effects such as foiling or embossing.

What kind of files do you accept for design or printing?

AI, PDF, AI, EPS, TIF (JPG depending on image quality)

Are you able to assist us with design?

Yes. We have a professional team with a rich experience in packaging design and manufacturing. If you have an idea but not the know-how we can provide a full design service from A to Z (sketch, hand made samples, pre-production samples,...)

How long to expect before receiving the first sample?

Once again, this depends on a few simple factors, but for samples we have in stock you can expect to receive them 3-7 days after we have confimred your payment.

What is the lead time for mass production?

Depending on the project's complexity, lead time is generally 10-15 working days.

What is your terms of delivery?

We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

What are the general Terms of Payment?
For large MOQ orders we accept payment as follows:
30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before delivery.
30% T/T deposit, the balance L/C
L/C at sight
100% TT in advance

European Countries: 22-28 days, free shiping cost for LCL

East Coast 13-16 days
