The machine is designed with aluminum alloy frame structure, using the 90X90 aluminum profile.

Three groups of composite roller, two groups are passive, and the rest group is active roller.
Compound path adopts four groups of unwinding and rewinding, two groups of unwinding and rewinding respectively installed on the upper and down. They are exchangeable according to the operation needs.
Unwinding tension ring design, rewinding electromagnetic tension controlled.
Unwinding adopts linear guide, which can be adjusted slightly.
Composite rollers made of polyurethane, polished steel roller for the lower roller.
Main motor adopts 300 watts DC motor.
Attached with two sets of guide roller and adopts waste discharge system.
The angle and direction of waste discharge can be adjusted.

The machine is used in die cutting machine for professional waste discharge and laminating, is a multi-purpose laminating machine, which applied for multi-layer precisely laminating of tapes in electronic industry.
