When can I get the price?

Quotation usually offered within 24 hours provided all details got. If there is an urgent inquiry, please feel free to call us or highlight your time requirement in email. We will put yours at priority.

If artwork is Solid color, please advise before. Artwork in PDF will be great.

How can I get a sample to check your quality?

After price confirmation, we are pleased to send sample for your reference

If you just need a sample at stock to check quality, it can be free. But delivery charge should be collected.

Writing pad prototype is usually printed by digital machine to check quality of paper and color.

If artwork is Solid color, we will use offset printing machine to make sample. Charge depends on how many PMS colors.

All sampling charge not refunded unless quantity is over 10,000pcs

How long can I expect to get the sample?

Usually 2 days after file confirmed. Sample will sent via express in about 3-5 days. If you need have any courier account, it will be lovely. Thanks!

YES! We print as per your customized design..

Can you do the design for us?

Yes. We have a professional team will strive to carry out your ideas into perfect gift boxes. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your Logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will reflect your ideas completely and perfectly.

What is more, It is FREE!

Can I mix colour for each pad?

YES! Each sheet of pad can be in different color. But MOQ has to be over 500 pcs. As small quantity not only makes price extremely high but also not practical in production. Thanks for your understanding.

What about the lead time for mass production?

Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Usually we can finish 10,000pcs in about 15 days. We advise to send inquiry to us before a month in case of any delay. Thanks!

What is your terms of delivery?

We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
