High Temperature Hanging Label Material

The high temperature label material PI-002 is PI film with modified heat-resistant coatings on both side adapted in high temperature areas.

Prosperities and advantages:

l It’s suitable for wax ribbon or UV printing with highly opaque covering of white coating.

l It is suitable for operating temperatures below 500°Cand ideal for hot-rolled steel industry in the workplace.

l The waste can be excluded automobile in joint presses.

Applications:

Identification labels in high temperature conditions

Printing and processing:

It is adaptive for UV printing and thermal transfer ribbon printing. For requirements of cutting the product, please refer to technical guidance manual. To meet production needs, each 500-meter roll allows 2 connectors. The standard storage period is as long as 12 months at 22°C, relative humidity of 50% environment. The material is recommended to process or use in 12 months after purchasing.

RoHS/Rule 2002/95/EU

The restricted substances have been presented in chapter 4 of EU RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC. The content of these substances shall not exceed the RoHS directive 2002/95/EC limits.

Storage period: It can be stored for one year in the 22°Ctemperature and relative humidity of 50% environment.

Notes:The data is from the testing, being only typical, cannot be used of special purposes. This product should be conducted comprehensive testing in end-user environment to ensure compliance with a number of special application.

Environmental Performance:Anti-solvent testing results

In addition to gasoline soak 1 hour, other test results are based on room temperature for 4 hours of immersion. Testing substrates are the stainless steel plates and the material are required to attach a full 24 hours before peeling testing in the 180°.

Like other self-adhesive materials, the product needs the user’s operational environment testing to determine whether it needs specific labeling requirements.
