We offer laser cut metal masks and electroformed metal masks. For high-precision printing, we recommend electroformed metal masks which are made of nickel alloys and have properties to meet your needs with superior dimensional stability.

Mask for Microballs mounting

Takeda's solder paste printing masks have excellent release property by our polishing technology to even out thickness variations.

Solder ball mounting masks are available in two types: for flux printing and for solder ball mounting. Furthermore,

we can offer masks for mounting microballs smaller than 100µm, mainly for wafers.

They are metal masks combining options which serve increasingly diverse mounting technology such as BGA and CSP.

Laser cut metal mask

As metal masks used to print solder cream vital for mounting printed circuit boards, we offer highly accurate laser cut metal masks in short delivery time.

The aperture accuracy is ±5∼10µm.

We can provide the smoothing process of aperture walls for better solder release as an option.
