The testing of bottom crack and thickness:

Only bottom air-tight testing is required by GB and international standard .Otherwise acording to the situation,we add the special ultrosonic detector to inspectthe bottom of fusion defects.

Liner hydrostatic test:

We take the steel liners hydrostatic test under a certain pressure to enhance the fatigue resistance of our products.

Surface treatment:

Taking internal and external surface treatment can improvecleanlinessof the internal surface and make the adhesive force of the antirust paint with the bottle stronger.

Thread machining:

The thread forming machine adopts once location and once processing ,having high thread accuracy.
