Application Fields

For transfer or direct ink jet printing of polyester fabric, to manufacture sportswear, advertising materials, accessories, curtains, banners, flags, interior decoration etc.

DIRECT PRINT	Direct print onto synthetic fabrics, mainly Polyester, Acetate
TRANSFER PRINT	Print on sublimation paper coated with a suitalbe varnish and , then the color heat transferred with calnder or flat heat press at a temperature between 200 - 230 °C. Recommended: 225°C for 45 seconds.

Technical Specifications

INK JET PRINTING	See the instructions issued by the manufacturer of the ink jet printer. The optimal printing conditions are: 20–25°C (68–77°F) and relative humidity 30- 60% *It's recommended to put the ink reach above conditions at least 24 hrs priot to start printing and keep the condition controlled.
FIXATION	Direct printing on polyester – Fixation with hot presses or calenders: 30s at 220–230°C (428–446°F). Transfer printing from paper to polyester – Transfer/fixation with hot presses or calenders: 30s at 200–210°C (392–410°F)
SHELF LIFE	12 months from date of manufacture when stored correctly
STORAGE	Store at a temperature lower than 25 °C. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat source Do not beyond the temperature between 5°C and 50°C for long time.
