5) The wide nylon latches and silicon gasket can fasten the door and make a good seals effect, ensuring the safety temperature for the cold and hot food.

7) Please noted, if you put metal food pan on the chutes, you must cool down the pans to 95°C.And our containers are suitable for all international standard food pans such as size 1/1,1/2,and 1/3.

8) The Vent cap can leak steam and balance the inside pressure. And the door is detachable, which makes it easily be cleaned.

9) Some models are not equipped with gasket. But the stair-stepped groove gives a good seal.
