Our manufacturing facility is equipped with 2 printing presses.6 die cutting presses, 2 folder gluers, a window patching machine and a host other equipment necessary to ensure prompt service, quick turnaround and ultimate customer satisfaction.

We should strongly recommend our 2 printing presses and 2 folder gluers here, The first one is HEIDELBERG FOUR COLOR (CD102). This press is capable of printing FOUR clours at once plus has an aqueous coating unit to apply a variety of coatings to finish the print job at speeds up 15,000 sheets per hour. The other one is M.A.N ROLAND Speedmaster printing machine, enhanced our capabilities to provide customers with the quickest turnaround on their jobs..Sheets come out of the press dry and ready for die cutting immediately. There are two Automatic superhigh speed folder /gluer, the first machine gule all styles of big cartons, capable of running cartons at 600 meters per minute much higher than the industry average of 400 m/minute.The other one is glue all styles of small cartons, from straight line to auto bottom. With the use of state of the art controls, 4 corner beers trays or 2 piece cartons can be run at amazing speeds.
