Description of the Metallized Paper:

Metallized paper making brings new elements into traditional artistic paper.It makes artistic paper have very strong matallic and staylish feelings.The material to make this kind of paper is hectograph paper or Kraft paper. Pearl paper is made by printing and dyeing process technics with the environmental protection ink. It applies widely, and has various color and lines. We can produce different color; size and textures according to client's request.

Technical parameters:

1)Standing-by Grammage: 120gsm (can do other substance according to client's request)

2) Standing-by Size: 787 x 1,092mm,889*1194mm

3) Material: environmental friendly

4) Thickness standard: 100g/m2 =0.12mm (+/-5%)

5) Direction for the thread flow: standard parallel 1,092mm


Application

Pearl paper is recommended to be used for different kinds of printing technology and special craft.They can be used to make greeting cards,calendars,catalogues,annual reports,hanging cards,books and so on.Pearl paper with 120gsm is mostly recommended to be used for all kinds of packing box and the cover surface of books.

Packing:

1) Each wood pallet is 1.15m high with the paperboard

2) The corner is protected by protection strip

3) The whole pallet is wrapped by waterproof film and fixed by two pieces steel strip
