Production Process

It adopts the epispastic molding of talc powder, glyceride, butane, etc. The whole process is only a physical change. Therefore, it is of no toxin and is environment friendly.

The EPE material is made with antistatic agent has prominent anti-static property with a surface resistance of10⁶~10¹¹Ω. The material is made through the thermal sealing lamination of pearl sponge, PE film and PO film. It can be made into coiled film, sheet material or bag based on the requirements of the customers.

Applications:

It can be used to pack electronic component, electronic communication equipment, furniture, medical equipment, fragile article, etc.

Regular Thickness: 0.5MM, 0.75MM, 1MM.
