Edge protecotor or corner board is manufactured from recycled kraft paper layers, laminated with glue, which results in a high-strength rigid right angle board (L-shaped) that is most commonly used for strap protection, overseas and flat bed truck shipments and outside storage.

The use of strapping helps to stabilize your load but can possibly cause crushing damage at the corners. Corner boards allow you to create a buffer between the load and the strapping, so that the strapping can be tightened without causing product damage.

Usage:
1.To fix the edges of the wrapping for through-transport cargoes and to prevent the cartons and the products inside the cartons from damage from the wrapping tape.
2.In case of double layers loading and shipment, offering the support of the four corners from the bottom layer to prevent the bottom cargo from being flattened by the top layer cargoes.
3.Four corner support inside the cartons (used for wrapping high precision and fragile products).
4.In the position of the wrapping tape and where the forklifts operate, ensuring the paper pallets are not to be easily damaged.
