PE Foam Wad

The most basic thing is that they seal the container without Tamper Proof. These are the groups of liners used inside Metal & Plastic Caps. The wadded caps are then screwed onto the rim of the bottle & jar. The main function is to prevent Leakage & Maintain Product Freshness. The liners provide resiliency to cover – up the tolerance between cap and jar.

These EPEPE foam liners are used where high degree of compressibility & resiliency is required. Their main Technical Parameter as below:

- Thickness range from 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm

- Density ranges from 250kg/m3 to 500kg/m3

- Precut/Diecut discs are available in diameter from 12mm to 165mm, etc

- EPE material also available in Roll & Sheet Foam

- It can be single extruded PE foam layer, or double sides coated with PE film
