Block Bottom bags have the following advantages

  Neither glue nor hot-melt chemicals are used in our production. All production stages are performed automatically. There is not any hand made operation on the bag. All joints are operated by hot air welding automatically.

  There is not any stitching on the body of the bag. There are, no holes on the fabric, which may cause leakage. To avoid leakage and sifting, valve bags are always produced with coated PP fabric.

• 6 Colors Printing

  You can print all your packaging information details in up to 6 colors.

• Increase Your Filling Speed with Micro-Perforation

  The micro holes located on the body of the bag help exhausting of air to increase the efficiency of the filling station.

• Various Fabric Color

  You can get block bottom bags in what color you want, even paper bag color or transparent.

• Pocket Valve

  The block bottom "Pocket Valve" bag has a unique feature in addition to above properties. During the storage and transportation of filled bags, some material may come out from the valve in the standard valve block bottom bag. To eliminate this risk, the pocket valve is the absolute solution.
  There is special valve type on this block bottom bag. The valve is longer than the standard one. This longer valve, called "valve tail" is folded into a special section which hides under the valve. This section is called "pocket". The valve tail, which is folded into the pocket avoids leakage from the valve after the filling operation.
