Process Inspection

2. the yarns are not twisted or broken.

3. the process of weaving should not have nubs.

Fabric Defect

1.no float loop, sparse weave;

2.no off grain or rowdy;

3.no wrinkles or holes.

After weaving, the fabrics are transferred to cutting department or wrapped to store in rolls in spacious clean warehouse. Finally the rolls of fabric are specified labeled according to different fabric density for easy identification.
