1. What is flexitank ?

Flexitank, is designed for the transportation of liquids in 20' steel containers.Also can used in the truck and the trailer.

It isconceived as expendable packing for the transportation of not only food-type products in
liquid form such as wine and fruit juice concentrates but also of industrial liquids in so far
as the latter are not classified as hazardous.

2. What is the material of the flexitank:

The flexitank are made of 4 layers food grade PE+1layer strong PP.

3. What can be transportated with the flexitank?

It is possible to transport almost any of the non-hazardous liquids,both industrial and food application.

Foodstufff and beverage:

Edible and animal oils and fats(liquidansoild),juices concentrates,syrups,water,wine,honey,food additives,fish

Sauce,soy sauce,vinegar:

Industrial and chemical: technical and industrial oil,chemical.

Additives,water-reducer,liquid cleaning:

means,emulsions,glycerin.some kinds of paints,ink.liquid fertilizers,latex,transformer oils,other petrochemical products etc.

4. The capacity of the flexitank:

16000-24000Liters.

5. The life time of the flexitank:

As to load all the food grade stuff,to provide the pollution,the flexitank only can be use once.

6.Type of the flexitanl we get:

Top load / discharge (1 valve);top load / bottom discharge(2 valves);bottom load / discharge(1 valve).

7.The accessories/ fitting for the flexitank:

To stable the flexitank in the container during the transportation,we need some accessories include: steel bars(5 units),corrugated paper(1 roll),cardboard(1pc),cable tie(15 pcs).
