Our paper roll is a new type of paper roll for analogue tachograph charts made from water base microcapsule slurry.

This paper contributes to improvement of environment and saving of natural resources in view of water base system.

The used recording paper and wasted paper after black-cut can be recycled for use of reclaimed papers.

This paper has various characteristics as show below compared with conventional solution base paper as the structure

of white layer itself and interaction between the white layer and ink layer, is completely different from the conventional type paper.

a) High resolution of speedily recorded image

b) Comparatively stable quality can be expected as coating process can easily be controlled.
c) Higher whiteness and darker image are obtainable because of unique system.
d) It is highly water resistant and lubricating oil resistant.
e) Density of printed image can be maintained even at low temperature due to special system.
f) Less chance for having spots caused by imaging during handling before recording because of unique

system.

g) Less curling effect due to changes of temperature and humidity.
h) Very little dust comes from describing with stylus at the time of driver shift, and less curling as well.
i) Wasted paper after use can be recycled by hydro-pulper treatment to be used for white paper,

cardboard paper, roofing paper, etc.
