Q:How many your mini order quantity?

A:Our MOQ is 100000pcs.

In general, the capacity of our perfume bottle production line is 500,000pcs per day, it means each hour we can produce at least 10000 pcs bottles, but before production, we need to heating the mold first, it needs to take one night or at least 3-4 hours, after producing 60000 pcs defective bottles then can get the good quality finished products.

If we have stocks , we can also supply small quantity. Please contact us to check.

Q:Can you OEM?

A:Yes.

Customer provide sample or drawing to us, we will make new drawing accordingly and offer to customer for confirmation. Then we will open sample mold to produce samples, once confirmed ,it’s time to open more molds and start production.

Q:Mould Cost and Quality?

A:There are single mold and double mold. The single mold usually for too big bottles which use too much raw material. This kind of product costs is higher than others because production time of the bottle is getting slower. For example if we produce a single mold for a product we can just produce 100 pcs in a hour but if we have the double mold we can produce 200 pcs.

If we produce a double mold, cost will be higher as you can guess. Plus there is one more thing that our machine which can install double mold has 8 lots. So for your product we will produce 8pcs double mold. We are doing this to speed up the production process so that mean CHEAPER product.

Good mold is very important, for example the surface could be smooth, the sealing line is smaller…

Q:How long your delivery time?

A:Production lead time 30-45days. For stock, we can arrange within 7 days, please contact us for check.

Q:What’s your payment?
