INSTRUCTIONS

1. Create plotter file in mirror image

2. cut mirror image on plotter and wed design

3. Position weeded design on shirt

4. Place Teflon sheet or silicon release sheet over design

5. Medium Pressure 330 deg to 335 degree

6. Rub design with pad or chalkboard eraser while still hot to dissipate heat

7. Remove backing after cooling And your Done!
