Rigid PVC film & Soft PVC film

PVC with its full name Polyvinylchloride, is primarily made of polyvinyl chloride, sometimes, other additives may be applied to enhance its heat resistance, toughness and ductility. This surface film is topped with a layer of paint and the middle layer is composed mainly of polyvinyl chloride, the bottom layer is back coating adhesive.

PVC film can be grouped into soft film and rigid film.

Soft PVC film is made to decorate the surface of the floor, ceiling and leather products.

Stationeries

This film can be further processed to products stationeries products including folders, tabs, binders, covers for personal note books, etc.

Building Material

The film can be further processed to be used as architectural material. Patterns can be printed onto the film surface. Typical application includes wood pattern veneers, wall paper, PVC floor tiles, furniture, etc.

None-slip Mate

After cutting, printing and laminating, the film is often made into variety of non-slip mates including floor mates, mouse pads, etc.

Advertisement lettering

This film is resistance to heat and weathering. After laser cutting, this film is often used as letterings for advertisement boards.

Static Wrap

This film has strong static backing and it can easily attach to glass and metal surface without additional adhesive. It is often used to protect surface of new products.

Protective Wrap

This film is thin and flexible; therefore, it is usually used as protective binding wrap for industrial products.

Water Bag

This film is mildew resistance; therefore, it is often processed to produce water bags.

Hand Bag

Through a high voltage electricity binding process, this film is often further processed to produce plastic hang bags, zipper bags, beach bags, etc.

Table Top Cover, Shower Curtain, Rain Coat

This general film can be further processed to products table top cover, shower curtain, rain coat, etc.

3D Reflective Board

This film has a highly reflective surface. It is often processed to produce reflective marks for traffic-cop uniforms and other reflective warning signs. It can also be processed to create 3D graphic on a 2D surface. These 3D graphics are often used for toys, advertisement boards and stationeries.
