TypeI : Good solvent and abrasion resistance. Withstand well with both moisture and heat.

Application:General printing ,mostly manual operations .

Type II: Good solvent and abrasion resistance. Withstand well with both moisture and heat. Tolerate UV ink and can be reconditioned

Application: Fine resolution printing ,multiple color printing and automated textile printing process and CD printing .Feasible for semi automated and automated printing recesses.

TypeIII:Great solvent resistance and abrasion resistance . Withstand well with both moisture and heat .Resistant to acidity and alkalinity .Resistant to the effect of electrolysis . Tolerate UV ink and can be reconditioned

Screen printing squeegee hardness

45-65 shore A:Generally used for medium squeegee pressure with large mesh opening and low viscosity inks. Ideal for use with large colored surfaces and glazes, in addition to glass and ceramics.recommendations are for standard pressures, medium stroke of printing speeds and standard squeegee angles.

70-75shore A:For higher squeegee pressure with a wide range of mesh count and inks. Will give good ink deposit and fine detail control and are used for nearly all applications.

80-95shore A:squeegees are very stiff and are great for more intricate print jobs. 80 durometer screen printing squeegees are great for printing with thicker screen printing inks such as whites and other opaque plastisols.
