Product Description:

• Glossy and excellent adhesion.
• Comply with SONY-GP and ROHS.

Applications:

• Printing on surface of silicone rubber or the back of conductive adhesive.
  We can blend the color according to customer's needs.

Instructions:

• Bicomponent, A part is primary agent, B part is catalyst.
• Dilution ratio: ink / thinner = 1 / (1.2 ~ 2).
• Catalyst = weight of primary agent × 2%
• According to above ratio, add the solvent and catalyst, and mix it to dissolve the ink.
• After adding the catalyst, the ink should be kept in cold storage (below 8 °C). Bring it out from the refrigerator and do not use it until the temperature returns to room level.
• Curing conditions: 180°C × 20 minutes.

Remarks

Durability in the conditions of temperature (≤ 30 °C) is 6 months before mixing, durability is 48 hours in the conditions of temperature (≤ 30 °C) after mixing.
