Vacuum aluminum-plating transfer paper is a kind of environmental protection packing material that compound with aluminum layer and basepaper.

1. Press the laser design on the PET film and then metalizing a thin aluminum layer on it

2. Use specialgelatin compound with laser metalized film and basepaper

3. Transfer the laser metalized layer on the basepaper and peel the PET film

1) Surface material: aluminum layer or PET/OPP metalized film.

2) Bottom material: light weight coated paper, art coated paper, Kraft paper, tipping paper etc

3) Base paper weight: form 35gsm to 880gsm, etc.

4) Color/Pattern: silver/gold, Rainbow, laser etc, in addition of customized designs.

5) Packaging: roll/sheet according to clients' requirement, standard export packing

6) Standard Roll: From 2000m to 18000m or according to clients' requirement

7) Standard width: 600mm, 787mm or 889mm or according to clients' requirement

8) Application: Cosmetics & Personal-Care, Food & Beverage; Wine & Liquor, Gift-box & Gift-wrapping papers, Cigarette, Cake & Chocolate, tea & coffee, greeting cards, paper bag & paper box, General Packaging and other products.
