3 embossing equipment, 2 dying machines, 1 high-speed cutting machine, 2 general cutting machines and 1 rewinding machine.

New modern standard plant with 5,300 square meter, self-contained factory, workshop and electricity facility, environment protect and convenient for management.

Raw material capacity: 3,000 metric tons / month;

Dying product line: 80,000 meters/ day by our own factory, 240,000 meters/day with cooperation factory;

Cutting product line: 400,000 meters/day;

Embossing product line: 40,000 sheets/day.

Packaging Models

Uniform Standard packaging:

The whole set is wooden pallet, kraft wrapping paper, waterproof outside film, wrapping rings.

200gram or above will be packed with 125 sheets/pack; 200gram or belove will be packed with 250 sheets/ pack.

The height of one pallet is 1.1 meter.

Special packing:

One set: Kraft paper, waterproof film, carton, wooden pallet and wooden cover box.

Fee for one set: 15RMB /carton, RMB200/ wooden case, RMB100/other packaging accessories.
