Order and Delivery

1) Getting Artwork Ready

Send us your artwork-achieved with EPS, PDF, AI or high res JPG.

Colors

We can match your colors as required.

Please note the industry standard for pantone matching is +/- 10%, and colors will likely appear different to the colors on a computer screen.

2) Placing an ordering

Once you have agreed your design/details, email to us, and we will get production underway. If you are happy with the sample, please send us an email to approve, and we will go to mass production.

3) Paying

Payment before delivery is required: 50% deposit, 50% balance. We can accept payment by TT, MoneyGram and Western Union.

4) Delivery

For customized order, the lead time is normally 8-12. If you have an urgent deadline, please let us know and we will see what we can do! If we can't do an order in time, we will not take on the job
