CS-01 is a kind of novel and multifunctional denaturated starches,

Which contains cation,anion andreinforcing agent.

Function

CS-01 is with great ability in anti-interference against hetero-ion which is suitable for various types of paper.The effect is obviously.In the meantime,CS-01 has strong ability of retention and drainage,especially for Recycled newsprint,sack paper,cultural paper wiht high proportioning of pulp,etc.It is capable of reducing the proportioning of pulp,decreaing the cost and being stabilized the quality of paper.

Gelatinization method

Add room temperature water to Gelatinization barrel, begin stiring at a 60R/MIN Rotational Speed.Then gradually add CS-01 until starch is good disperse,the Gelatinization concentration is 5-8% usuaslly.Increase the temperature to 93-95°C through vapour or with heating jacket(Pls avoid high pressures and high temperatures).Keep on this temperature for 15-20minutes.Using room temperature water to dilute the Pulp liquid to 1% concentration and stiring until it is homogeneous.Static Mixer or Dilute barrel could be used for diluting.Running out of the starch pulp liquid one time is suggested.
