SPEEDY CNC DOT PEEN MARKING MACHINE

Our Speed Dot machine enables you Dot peen marking, Scribe marking, and Matrix marking. So you can mark barcode, 2D data, and your logo too.

User-friendly software requires only a very short training and no special computer knowledge needed. You can mark in straight lines, at any angle, in arc or complete circular arrangement.

With its powerful controller using a robust carbide tipped stylus, Speed Dot can cope with a wide variety of applications such as indenting on soft or hard metals (up to 62 HRC., 800 VHN), flat or uneven surfaces, and in difficult access areas. The stylus is reusable after grinding.

Furthermore, LCD allows graphic display of cells or positions of each layout, and users are able to checking progress while marking process. And Trial run function allows you to do Dry run over expected marking area before starting actual marking process.
