Sublimation offset printing ink

It is used on all kinds of offset machines. With the ink, first print image on paper, then transfer the image onto various materials by heating transfer press, especially for polyester fabric. Under high temperature, the ink will become gas and go into fabric. It belongs to gas shading.

Applied to single-color, two-color and multi-color offset printing machine which supply single paper once. Available paper are chrome paper, coated paper, offset paper, and cardboard. Transferred materials can be fabric, mug, metal, wood, polyester, non-woven cloth, ceramic and etc. Fabric can be transferred directly, other materials need sublimation coating.

With 1 kilogramof our ink, you can print400 square metersof materials. So it is very economical and cost-deffective.

SO-A Cyan/Magenta/Yellow/Black

This model is very popular among most customers all over the world. It uses general raw materilas. The model is of high quality, economical and environmental. And it can be used for any low, middle or high speed printing.

The color--CMYK is bright and vivid. You can print the exact color that you need. Our sublimation has the most advantage over others in China, especially for the black color.

In normal condition, use the ink on press directly. Or you can add 50-60g varnish per kilo in to adjust the liquidity. The chemical for normal offset printing also can be available, to adjust the ink attribution.

step 1: design the image on computer.

step 2: print the image on paper by offset printer.

step 3: transfer the image from paper to fabric by heating press.

(1) The color on fabric is more bright than the color on paper.

(2)When make the PS-plate, the design should be mirror image, after transferring to fabric the image will be right.

(3) If transfer image on pure cotton, mug, metal, glass, you should spray a layer of coating on their surface before transferring.
