Textile printing paste

HCT-310 CLEAR PASTE & HCT-320 WHITE PASTE

Chemical Nature: Acrylic Copolymeric Compound

Intended Fabric Color: Optional

Recommended Screen Mesh: 80 - 120 mesh count

Printing Process: HCT 320 printing & HCT 310 pigment printing

(1 or 2 under-base coats using HCT 310 for better print elasticity and adhesion)→air dry→heat press (10 seconds at 100 ºC recommended) or conveyorized dryer

for fast curing (heating temperature and duration varies as per coats of print,

fabric type and production efficiency)

Remarks: Adding 3-6% nylon additives or 1.5-3% crosslinker will improve

washing fastness. Once it is added, the paste must be all used within 8 hours or be discarded.
