Detailed Description

Our laminated tube is a cheap solution for the tubes which need to have nice printing. Also laminated tube is constructed with an aluminum foil layer in the middle of 2 layers of PE layers. The aluminum foil layer is good to prevent infiltrative ingredients to pass through.

1)Our laminated tubes are made of high quality LDPE and aluminum foil for tube and high quality PP for cap. All materials are new and professional for pharmaceutical package use. We never use re-used materials. The tube is combined by two layers of LDPE materials, one layer of aluminum foils.So it is very strong and durable.

2)The volume can be from 3ml to 150ml. The volume can be adjusted by choosing different diameter and differnt length of the tube. We can meet all sizes according to customer's requirement.

3)The diameter of the tube can be from 13mm to 40mm. This is subject to customer's choosing. Or we will suggest the size for customers.

4)Printing is be offseting printing with max. 6 colors.

7)The normal screw cap, flip top cap or special shape caps are available to select. The cap can also be with different colors.

8)The top hole can be sealed by an aluminum foil.

9)The end of the tube can be opened or sealed according to customer's requirement. If the customer fill the cream/ointment from the top hole, we will seal the end for customer.
