Detailed Product Description

Is an open-pore, flexible polyurethane foam

Standard is from 10 to 80 PPI where type 10 has large cells and is very open whereas PPI 80 has small cells, is more dense and has a lower air flow.

Size: In sheets and strips, cut or die-cut in thicknesses according to assignment.

These foams are ideal for filtration and pre- filtration of for Air/Oil/Water filtration.

These foams can be saw-cut, milled, glued and die-cut etc.

Major Applications:For dust filtration or as a filter and lining in loudspeakers. Limited durability in direct sunlight.
Filtration and pre-filtration of air in automotive industry., Fuel tank foam, loud speaker foam, Air conditioner foam, Humidifier pads, Scrubbers, Face mask and Pads, Shoe Polish, Ink jet cartridges, Aquaculture. Outdoor furniture etc.
