Vacuum packing film, aluminum-poly lamination packing foil - SF/VPF

Vacuum packing film can effectively shield outsideoxygen, water vapour, corrosive gases, dust and sunshine into packing space after using VPF pack metal products. In the sealing condition with desiccant, it can prevent metal from rust and slow down the aging of such non-metallic materials as rubber and plastic. It is one of the main exporting protection packing materials of such large electromechanical equipment and parts as machine tool, military equipment, textile machinery, printing machine, rubber process equipment, compressor and engine etc.

The exposed metal surface of packed product should be clean, and to be carried out necessary surface treatment, eg. spraying antirust oil or buffering protection on edges. Put enoughdesiccant based on GB/T5048, and then hot sealed. The sealing line width should be between 15-25mm.

Packaging

Roll, piece, bag or other forms according to the requirement of customers.

Storage

In cool and dry place, keep packaging sealed, avoid the corrasion of acid, salt and corrosive air. Guarantee period is 12 months.
