B.How to Use Water Transfer Decal

Step 1: Soak the surface with wet cloth;

Step 2: Remove the transparent protective film of the water transfer sticker;

Step 3: Place down side of the decal onto the surface and adjust to an appropriate place;

Step 4: Wet the back of the decal paper and ru the back with a rubber;

Step 5: Wait for 1-2 minutes and then remove the paper carefully form one direction, smooth the sticker till there is no bubble;

Step 6: When the picture is completely dry, use wet cloth to wipe it so that the picture is smooth and perfect.
