I like to be very transparent in my dealings so we are both on the same page and know what to expect. My company requires a 50% deposit and the remaining balance when the machine is ready to ship. We have a company, San Diego Crating, that comes in and professionally crates our equipment for overseas freight. It is important to us that the machine arrives in the perfect condition that it leaves our warehouse. Once we receive a deposit it takes us 7-10 days to completely rebuild your machine. Crating will take an additional 2-4 days before the machine is ready to ship. During the rebuild process I will send you videos of our people rebuilding your machine. We use Mid America Overseas to handle all of our Air/Ocean freight. Just ask me and i will get a quote for shipping by both air/sea so you can make that decision.

I recommend purchasing extra toners, drums, and fusers when you purchase the machine. It is a lot cheaper to send extra consumables with the machine rather than send the consumables by themselves because shipping would be expensive. Please see our consumable pricing below.

Color Drum: $250.00 each (I recommend buying at least 3)

Black Drum: $175.00 each (I recommend buying at least 1)
